- Cloud filing cabinet – central place for all documents to be attached to the job.
- Remote app for site engineers and operatives which include eForms for your remote workers which operate both on iOS and Android Giving your employees and contractors onsite access to a one stop shop app with all the forms they need for their day's work and the ability to submit them on a central system that the office team can see as soon as the action is logged.
- Allocating jobs tickets to operatives for completion on site. Allowing the user to take photos, annotate and send them back to a central database for processing. Service engineers fill out any service reports, take photos, annotate, send them back to the central system and update them for the next visit or invoicing. - Sim Ai - OCR (optical character recognition) - Invoice data capture is inherently connected to numerous business functions. The receipt of a delivery note, receipt, invoice triggers a series of processes that have specific data requirements such as assigning a PO to a delivery note, checking against the supplier invoice and job costing all the items against the project costs.
